Account Manager (temporary/mat leave)

We’re looking for an Account Manager who will be a key member of a highly influential team, with an opportunity to work across a range of brands, and alongside some of Irelands most experienced and creative designers. The role will involve being responsible for supporting multiple projects simultaneously - which means you’ll need to be adaptable and highly organised with a strong sense of ownership. The role also requires excellent communication skills, as well as maintaining a client-focused mindset. Any existing career experience working in a design studio would be very beneficial to any applicant. This is a temporary contract for maternity cover.

This role involves:

• Creating project plans and keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines

• Maintaining project management system (Trello)

• Managing design requests from clients and working with design team to fulfil client requirements

• Managing project budgets, including quotations and invoicing

• Liaising with third party suppliers

• Contributing to creative proposals and pitches

The skills you’ll need:

• Account Executive / Account Manager experience, either from a different agency or a similar design-based background

• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eye for design

• A detail-oriented approach to project timelines

• The ability to track detailed project budgets and timelines to a high standards

• Excellent communication skills with client and studio team

• A love of great design
